Yes, You Can Cure Panic Attacks!

I am sure you don’t believe me and I don’t blame you.  I wouldn’t have believed me either, except I experienced a cure first hand, so now I’m on the other side of the cure panic attack crusade.  Here’s the deal, as skeptical as you are, I hope you listen and at least give it a shot. I tried medicines, combinations of medicines, herbs, meditation, yoga, deep breathing, mind over matter and many more things over fifteen years of dealing with panic.  I can tell you I’m now anxiety free and its been that way since I read Panic Away and that was over one year ago.

Simply put your body is reacting abnormally to normal stimuli and this causes a panic attack. Okay, fair enough. The missing piece here is that your abnormal reaction is precipitated by triggers hours, even days, before a panic attack happens; this trigger is fear of panic attacks and you can probably understand this is a cycle.  It can also be broken, which equates to a cure.  Panic attack will become the thing of the past. I know you doubt there is a cure that only uses a cognitive approach, but the issue is cognitive to begin with, so it makes logical sense.
