Mike Geary’s truth about abs training ebook is getting heated discussions. Some people absolutely love it, others don’t see much results. Is this difference to any weight loss or burn fat markets out on the market?
I don’t think though, The individual results depends on the mental thougness and discpline of each person. Some people can stick to a six pack abs training programs while other are too lazy and stop after a week or two.
But how can you overcome the problem?
First you have to determine you personal goals. What do you want to achieve? It needs to be a measurable results, e.g. I want to lose 15 pounds until October 1. Write down this goal to a piece of paper and read it once loud in the morning and in the evening. Stick it on your refrigerator.
Next start in small, easy steps. Don’t start with the most difficult exercises or you will become unmotivated very quickly. Have a plan for every weeks and for every day. Make sure that you get support from your family and friends. It doesn’t help if you friends eat fast food and don’t support you or join you in the training sessions.
