Here’s one you probably never thought of…
Did you know that excess stress in your life can cause… Excess SWEAT…
It’s true! And I’ll tell you why:
Basically, the higher your heart rate is, the more you sweat. And the more stressed you are, the higher your heart rate is on a daily basis.
Bottom line is, not only is excess stress in your life bad for your mental health, it’s bad for your physical health too!
Beating stress is a concern for many, so I thought I’d provide some tips:
1. Spend time in gratitude.
The quickest way to destress your life is stop focusing on all the things you’re stressed about! The moment you change your focus to something different, whether it’s your children, a hobby, your spouse, etc your energy and your level of stress will change. Spend some time thinking about what’s great in your life and I can’t tell you how things could change.
2. Exercise more! The fitter you are the lower your heart rate is while resting. Even if it’s a simple daily walk, exercise can NOT be overlooked.
Hopefully this will be helpful to some. The report I found these tips in was called stop sweating start living and you can learn plenty there like how to stop excessive armpit sweating.
