I know what you’re thinking and I know what you’re hoping. You want to stop panic attack and I don’t blame you one bit. Having had them for years on end and having tried anything and everything available, I know how bad you just want it to end. I gave up. Not kidding either, as I finally resigned myself to being a neurotic woman seized by anxiety. Good thing I went to school and earned a degree, because during one neuroscience class something clicked. No, I didn’t cure myself or write a book about it; I just used the information to find a program and an expert who believed what I just learned.
To stop panic attack you need to have a plan and some understanding of anxiety. Yes, your body is freaking out and the flight or fight mechanism is enacted. This is what is usually treated, what is most upsetting but it isn’t the root of the problem. You are in a cycle of fearing anxiety; fearing fear and that is the problem. Panic Away is the one program addressing this directly and thousands have used it to end anxiety. If you have had a panic attack, do yourself a favor and try a cognitive approach; you’ll be more than amazed, you’ll be cured.
