Checklist for Panic Attacks Symptoms

General Add comments

There are so many panic attacks symptoms that I can’t list them all here. Understand they will also vary in type, combination and intensity.  The most common symptoms are similar to those of a heart attack, which makes many people rush to the hospital and this is where they first learn they have anxiety.  Others figure it out after the attack subsides and they do what you are doing and research the symptoms online.

The checklist of panic attacks symptoms starts with an increased heart rate; your heart will feel like it is going to jump out of your chest.  Then you will have trouble breathing; in reality you’re hyperventilating but your mind is telling you that you are suffocating.  Your body will become very hot; some report very sweaty hands, feet or back during panic attacks.  If you have these simultaneously then you have anxiety; sorry to be the one to break it to you.  You can cure it though and I know you’re skeptical, but think smart from the start and use a cognitive program and cure like Panic Away.  Don’t do the medication cycle, as you’ll make matters worse in the long run.
