Past-Life Regression Hypnosis for a Better You

General No Comments »

From a therapeutic standpoint, past life regression hypnosis helps a person resolve past issues that are strongly affecting the present. People who are unable to enjoy sex, for example, may have deep-seated emotional issues due to some past event they don’t fully understand. In most cases, revisiting that particular point in the past is necessary to resolve the issue fully.

Obviously, because it deals with a person’s psychological make up, past life regression hypnosis can be a very dangerous procedure. Done right, hypnosis helps you free yourself of whatever it was from the past that is dogging you and keeping you from living a full life. Done wrong, it can have terrible repercussions.

It is this risk-return trade-off that makes it extremely important to have qualified; experienced professionals do these kinds of therapies. ‘The Power of Conversational Hypnosis’ warns of the dangers that will happen the moment hypnosis is practiced by people who  do not fully realize its power or are seeking to use it for unscrupulous reasons. You see,  hypnosis can be used for good or bad. For this reason, not all past life regression hypnosis sessions can be used to a patient’s benefit. As a matter of fact, a regression session gone wrong can have terrible impact on your psyche.

Psychology Hypnosis for Weight Control

General No Comments »

More often than not, obesity is a psychological rather than a physical problem. It’s not the person’s size that’s worrying; it’s how the person reached that size. This is the main reason  psychology hypnosis works where diet and exercise regimens fail.

You see, cyclical weight patterns are common among people struggling with weight control. These people achieve initial success from their dieting and exercise program. However, dropping the extra kilos is one thing; keeping it off is another. After a time, many fall back, revert to old, unhealthy eating patterns, slack off in their exercise routines and inevitably gain more weight than they managed to lose to begin with. It isn’t surprising that among the overweight and obese, very negative self-image and lack of self-confidence are twin problems that walk hand-in-hand with health issues. Barring thyroid and other related physical conditions, obesity is often a psychological issue revolving around deeply-ingrained negative behavioral patterns and motivational structures.

If you’re one of those who have been waging a long and protracted war with the weighing scale, can you use psychology hypnosis to win? The answer, according to ‘The Power of Conversational Hypnosis’, is yes. Done right, psychology hypnosis is effective in helping patients control their impulse to over-eat. Ultimately, psychology hypnosis does not only help patients lose weight; it also helps them attain a healthy level of self-awareness and exercise better control over their feelings, emotions, and even their impulsive behavioral patterns.

A Good Reason to Learn Hypnosis

General No Comments »

Who says robbing banks or worming one’s way into the last will and testament of a billionaire are the only reasons people want to learn hypnosis? Conflict is a very stressful situation to be in. While it cannot be totally avoided, it should at least be kept to a minimum because it can have a negative impact on the people involved. Many people, especially women, fall into deep depression and anxiety because of stressful relationships. If you’re the proactive one but always gets stonewalled – your husband refuses to go to counseling and won’t even hear you out, for example – hypnosis might be your only viable option. After all, restoring peace in the household, preserving your sanity, and keeping yourself from getting depressed are very good reasons to learn hypnosis.

Practicing hypnosis is not entirely illegal or unethical – at least not yet. Many people practice hypnosis and most of them are licensed doctors or psychiatrists. Just because you’re not a medical practitioner doesn’t mean you have no business wanting to learn hypnosis. You don’t even have to learn everything they know to practice hypnosis. ‘The Power of Conversational Hypnosis’ could teach you the techniques you can most benefit from. That’s a good enough reason to learn hypnosis, yes?

Mental Fitness – Lighten Up Your Day

General No Comments »

We all seek psychological health and to enjoy physical and mental fitness. Then it is possible to really enjoy life.

If we are worried, or anxious there is no way we can savour enjoyment of any kind. When we are tense we cannot enjoy our food, any sensory experience, any intellectual exchange of ideas, or delight in our natural environment.

Anxiety acts like a poison in our psyche and can develop into a serious problem if we do nothing to curb its growth. Worries and fears of any kind will leech away your energy. So we must become free of any early symptoms and learn how to prevent any small concern growing and magnifying to get out of proportion in our way of life.

Some people have symptoms that are vague such as a negative presentiment or a general feeling ‘that something is wrong’. Many suffer anxieties that can be directly traced to actual circumstances and the events as well as people in their lives. In cases where a personal is recovering from severe trauma it is understandable that they experience depression. If you seem to have no cause, however, but still feel depressed, this may be due to basic imbalances in body chemistry and glandular activity that is now medically understood. You may require medical treatment.

However, if we keep an attitude that is reasonable, in allowing that most of us have mild anxiety and suffer stress, and sometimes depression because we are not coping very well with our lives for whatever causes, we can place our own ups and downs in better perspective.

A suggested programme is to start your day by going outside to breathe in the early morning air, appreciate the garden and a few peaceful moments before your activities of the day begin. Many people claim this puts a happy expression on their face. Others find that happy music and even better, with songs that you know, enjoy singing the lyrics too.

Start out the day well and it will tend to go well.  Well enough for you to be able to adapt to circumstances that will arise, and to control any negative reactions that will spoil your harmonious mood.

We cannot always control the actions that occur in our day, or in our life but we can control our reactions to what happens around us and keep the calm centre within ourselves that indicates a certain degree of self control and mental fitness.
